View your resources' allocation using the visual indicators in your Schedule.
From the People view on the Schedule page, you can quickly assess your resources’ allocation based on visual indicators at the top level for each person or role.
Tip: Users on devices without a mouse can tap and swipe in the Schedule page to scroll.
Project Time Allocation
- Allocated: A filled, dark blue box displays when your resource is 100% allocated.
- Overallocated: A filled, dark blue box with a red line at the top displays when your resource is overallocated.
- Under Allocated: A light-blue box displays when your resource still has available hours. The amount of fill lets you know what percentage of their time is scheduled.
