# Reviewing the Schedule

## View your resources' allocation using the visual indicators in your Schedule.

From the **People** view on the Schedule page, you can quickly assess your resources’ allocation based on visual indicators at the top level for each person or role.

**Tip:** Users on devices without a mouse can tap and swipe in the Schedule page to scroll.

#### Project Time Allocation

- **Allocated:** A filled, dark blue box displays when your resource is 100% allocated.

- **Overallocated:** A filled, dark blue box with a red line at the top displays when your resource is overallocated.

- **Under Allocated:** A light-blue box displays when your resource still has available hours. The amount of fill lets you know what percentage of their time is scheduled.
