[2025 Release Notes](https://support.audere.com/whats-new?hsLang=en#2025-release-notes) # September 2025 ## Find the right hero for every mission (sometimes with only one click). ***9/18/2025*** ### What's New --- We’ve rolled out a new way to organize your resources and sharpen your scheduling powers: **Qualifications** and **Traits**. - Once your **Audere** account is created, we added in a tidy set of default [Qualifications](https://support.audere.com/updating-a-qualification?hsLang=en) under **Account Settings**—no setup stress, just instant organization. - Each **Qualification** (like a skill, certification, or specialized Jedi training) can contain multiple [Traits](https://support.audere.com/adding-a-qualification-trait?hsLang=en) (think of these as the details—e.g., CPR Certified, Fluent in Klingon, Loves Mondays). - You can assign these traits to your resources (aka your team of superheroes) to make [Smart Suggestions](https://support.audere.com/using-smart-suggestions?hsLang=en) smarter and help you find the best person for the job faster than ever. - Oh, and it gets better: You can [filter](https://support.audere.com/using-a-qualifications-filter?hsLang=en) the Schedule using **Qualifications** too. Want to only see those certified in underwater basket weaving?
