Updating a Qualification Trait

An existing qualification trait can be renamed or deleted using Account Settings.

You can change a qualification's name or inactivate a qualification.

1. Select your Profile icon in the upper-right corner of the page and then select Account Settings from the drop-down menu to open the Account Settings page.
   
2. Select Qualifications from the side menu.
   
3. Hover your cursor over a qualification's tile to display the  More Actions icon.
   
4. Select Edit from the drop-down menu to open the page to edit and delete traits.

Next, you can rename or delete a qualification trait.

Updating a Trait Name

1. Select inside the row of a trait name to highlight it.
   
2. Enter a new trait name and select outside of the row to save it.
   
   • You can also use the [Enter] and [Tab] buttons on the keyboard to save the trait.
   • If you enter a duplicate name, a "Double trouble! That item name is taken." message displays.

Deleting a Trait

1. Hover your cursor over a row until the Delete icon displays and select it to delete a trait.
   
   If the trait is assigned to a resource, a message displays.
   
2. Select Delete to remove the trait from all resources or Cancel to return to the previous page without deleting the trait.
