Using a Qualifications Filter

The Qualifications filters let you focus your view on people associated with specific qualifications and their traits.

As your list of projects grows, you may want to add Schedule filters to only display specific aspects of the project, such as people with specific qualifications and traits.

An admin can rename an existing qualification, but the default qualifications are:

  • Education
  • Licenses
  • Locations
  • Memberships
  • Skills

Once filters are selected, the Schedule only displays people that match all qualification traits selected. For example, if you select two traits under one qualification, the only people who display are those who have both of those traits assigned.

  1. Select the Filters icon Filters icon on the Schedule page to open the Filters menu.

  2. Select the drop-down arrow next to a qualification heading to view a list of available qualification traits.

  3. Select one or more assigned Traits you want to view.
    • Once a selection is made, a label known as a "chip" displays at the top of that filter option list, highlighted in purple.

      • To remove a selection, select the X in the chip or disable the check box next to the trait.
      • There is no limit to the amount of chips that can be selected.
      • Selected chips display in alphabetical order.
  4. Alternatively, enter a trait name (or part of a trait name) in the Find field. When the trait name displays, select the check box.
    • If a partial trait name is entered, all traits containing that text display.
    • You can select multiple trait check boxes.
    • If no match to the trait entered is found, a "No People Found" message displays under the Find field.
    • Select the X in the Find field to delete the entered text and display all qualification traits.

The selected people with the selected traits automatically display on the Schedule.

  • A number displays beside the heading to indicate how many filter options were selected in that section.
