Using Smart Suggestions

Audere Smart Suggestions quickly connects people managers with staff across a firm, leading to improved work sharing, utilization and bottom-line performance.

Audere Smart Suggestions is an intuitive set of capabilities seamlessly woven into the broader Audere experience for resource managers and their teams. With Smart Suggestions, consulting firms benefit from:

Flexible qualifications management – A full set of capabilities that allow resources to be categorized by role and team that can be populated within Audere or via integration with third-party systems.
Firm-wide project staffing – As new project work arises, resource managers can ask Audere for suggested resources from across the firm, leveraging availability thresholds and any combination of established qualifications.
Efficient conflict resolution – With the fluid nature of staff availability, resource managers can leverage Smart Suggestions with the tap of a button and get recommendations on staff that can step in to resolve conflicts.

Note: This functionality is only available for Resource Managers, Administrators and Owners.

Smart Suggestions Page Overview

The Smart Suggestions page displays with four key components:

Information Header — Displays the name and role of the assignment's original assignee, total number of hours of the assignment and the dates of the assignment.
Filters pane — Displays Availability scale and Roles and Team filters.
People pane — Displays people that match the filters.
Schedule — Displays a visual representation of each person's capacity.

Filters

People that match the default filters automatically display in the People pane.

Slide the Availability filter to set the resource availability to find a resource that fits your needs inclusive of how much time the resource has available.
- Default Availability is set to 50%.
  - If 0% is selected, all resources display.
  - If 100% is selected, only resources with 100% availability display.
- Availability slider moves in 25% increments (0-100%).
Roles and Team filters align with those of the initial assignee.
For example, if the original person was assigned to the "Senior Designer" and "Team Lead" roles and the "Rowdies" team, the people in the People pane would also match those roles and team.

You can adjust the filters to expand or refine the resources that display in the People pane. For example, if the assignment needs to be reallocated to another Senior Designer, but not necessarily a Team Lead, select the "x" in that chip to remove that filter. The People pane automatically updates with any additional people that match the filters.

If your filters are too restrictive and no matches are found, a "No People" message displays.
