Updating Your Existing Subscription

Manage your existing Audere subscription using Account Settings.

You can manage your Audere licenses as an existing user.

Note: This functionality is only available for Owners.

  1. Select your Profile icon in the upper-right corner of the page and then select Account Settings from the drop-down menu to open the Account Settings page.

  2. The Account Profile with the Subscription section displays with a summary of your subscription, including the renewal date, total number of licenses, number of unused licenses and how many licenses are used by active people and active roles.

Add Licenses

  1. Select Add Licenses from the Subscription section of Account Profile to open the Add Licenses page and buy additional licenses for your team. 
  2. Enter an amount in the New Licenses field to indicate how many licenses you want to purchase. The price per license that displays depends on whether you are a trial user or paid user.
    • If you are a Audere Standard trial user and purchase Audere Standard or Audere Premium, the active purchase price displays (this may have changed from the price displayed at the start of your Audere Standard trial).
    • If you are an active user and purchase additional licenses of Audere, the purchase price of the original licenses displays.
    • If you are an active user and renew your subscriptions / licenses, the active purchase price displays (this may have changed from the price you originally paid).
  3. Enter your Payment information.
  4. Select Buy to complete the purchase.

Edit Subscription

  1. Select Edit Subscription from the Subscription section of Account Profile to open the Subscription Renewal page. 
  2. Select Annual or Monthly for the reoccurrence of your plan.
    • Annual means you'll be billed yearly (one payment) for the monthly amount (i.e., $14.00 / month x 12 months = $168.00 / year) notated.
    • Monthly means you'll be billed monthly for the monthly amount notated.
  3. Select Purchased or Active to determine which licenses will be renewed.
    • Purchased means all licenses that have been purchased for your team - inactive and active.
    • Active means only the current active licenses being used. 
  4. Verify the Payment Info. Go to Verifying and Updating Payments to make any changes to a payment type. 
  5. Select Update when complete to save.

Cancel Subscription

You can also cancel your subscription from this page.

  1. Select Cancel Subscription under the Order Summary to cancel all of your licenses. 
  2. Select Yes to cancel the subscription or select No to keep the subscription.
