Using the Clients Filter

The Clients filter lets you focus your view on specific clients.

As your list of projects grows, you may want to add filters to your Schedule dashboard to only display assignments for projects associated to specific clients.

To filter your dashboard view:

  1. Select the Filters icon Filters icon on the Schedule page to open the Filters menu.

  2. Select the drop-down arrow next to the Client heading to view your list of client assignments.
  3. Select one or more Clients to view.
    • Once a selection is made, a label known as a "chip" displays at the top of that filter option list, highlighted in purple.

      • To remove a selection, select the X in the filter selection's chip or disable the check box next to the client.
      • There is no limit to the amount of chips that can be selected.
      • Chips display in the order they were selected.
  4. Alternatively, enter a client name (or part of a client name) in the Find field. When the client's name displays, select the check box.
    • If a partial client name is entered, all clients containing that text display.
    • You can select multiple client check boxes.
    • If no match to the client entered is found, a "No Client Found" message displays under the Find field.
    • Select the X in the Find field to delete the entered text and display all clients.
  5. Select Apply. Only the clients selected display on the Schedule. You can also select Unassigned to display all projects without an associated client.
    • A number displays beside the filter heading to indicate how many filter options were selected in that section.
