Using the Projects Filter

The Projects filter lets you focus your view on specific projects.

As your list of projects grows, you may want to add filters to your Schedule dashboard to only display specific aspects of the project, such as specific projects.

To filter your dashboard view:

  1. Select the Filters icon Filters icon on the Schedule page to open the Filters menu.

  2. Select the drop-down arrow next to the Projects heading to view a list of projects.
  3. Select one or more projects you want to view.
    • Once a selection is made, a label known as a "chip" displays at the top of that filter option list, highlighted in purple.

      • To remove a selection, select the X in the filter selection's chip or disable the check box next to the project.
      • There is no limit to the amount of chips that can be selected.
      • Chips display in the order they were selected.
  4. Alternatively, enter a project name (or part of a project name) in the Find field. When the project name displays, select the check box.
    • If a partial project name is entered, all projects containing that text display.
    • You can select multiple project check boxes.
    • If no match to the project entered is found, a "No Project Found" message displays under the Find field.
    • Select the X in the Find field to delete the entered text and display all projects.
  5. Select Apply. Only the selected projects display on the Schedule.
    • A number displays beside the heading to indicate how many filter options are selected in that section.
