# Tips and Tricks: Utilizing Client Photos

## Don't worry if you're running low on time—our photo upload tool auto-assigns client photos to the associated project.

1. Select your **Profile (1)** icon in the upper-right corner of the page and then select **Account** **Settings (2)** from the drop-down menu to open the Account Settings page.

2. Select **Clients (3)** from the side menu.
3. Hover over the photo icon and then select **Upload Photo (4)**.
4. In the browser dialog, locate and select the image you want to upload, and then select **Open**. The **Client Photo (5)** is added automatically in Account Settings.

5. The **Project Photo (6)** is also added automatically to the project on the Schedule page.
