Adding a Qualification Trait

Qualifications traits are a helpful tool when reallocating work using Smart Suggestions.

When your Audere account is first created, a set of Qualifications is automatically added under Account Settings. Under each qualification, you can create traits that you can assign to your resources to aid in finding the best matches when using Smart Suggestions. Qualifications can also be used to filter the Schedule.

Note: Qualifications and traits are only available to Audere Premium Admins.

Default Qualifications are:

  • Education
  • Licenses
  • Locations
  • Memberships
  • Skills
