Changing Your Password

Your Password can be updated in the Profile section of My Settings.

To reset your password:

1. Select your Profile icon in the upper-right corner of the page and then select My Settings from the drop-down menu to open the My Settings page.
   
2. Select Change Password to open the Change Password dialog and create a new password. 
   • Your current password is shown encrypted for security reasons.
     
3. Enter your existing password in the Old Password field.
4. Enter your new password into both the New Password and Confirm Password fields.
   • The password requirements checkmarks are grayed out until each password requirement is met.
   • A message displays if the passwords don't match. Select the Show Password link to display the text in the New Password and Confirm Password fields to view what was entered.
   • The Confirm Password field is enabled once the password requirements are met in the New Password field.
     
5. Select Apply to confirm the password update.
   • If you select Cancel, then no changes are made, and your current password remains active.
