Your Password can be updated in the Profile section of My Settings.
To reset your password:
- Select your Profile icon in the upper-right corner of the page and then select My Settings from the drop-down menu to open the My Settings page.
- Select Change Password to open the Change Password dialog and create a new password.
- Your current password is shown encrypted for security reasons.

- Enter your existing password in the Old Password field.
- Enter your new password into both the New Password and Confirm Password fields.
- The password requirements checkmarks are grayed out until each password requirement is met.
- A message displays if the passwords don't match. Select the Show Password link to display the text in the New Password and Confirm Password fields to view what was entered.
- The Confirm Password field is enabled once the password requirements are met in the New Password field.
- Select Apply to confirm the password update.
- If you select Cancel, then no changes are made, and your current password remains active.
