Updating a Project

Projects and project details, including associated assignments, can be edited or deleted from the Schedule page.

Edit a Project

  1. From the Projects view of the Schedule page, hover your cursor over a project's name in the list from the Projects view of the Schedule page, or tap the row if using a mobile device. The row color changes to indicate the project that will be updated.
    • Archived projects will not display in the Project views on the Schedule page unless Archived is selected on the Project Status filter.
  2. When the floating action buttons appear, select the kabob button More Actions button and then select Edit to open the Edit Project dialog.

  3. Select any field in the Edit Project dialog, including the project name, to update the entry.
  4. Select Apply to save any changes or Cancel to exit the dialog without saving.

Delete a Project

To delete a project, select the delete icon Delete button in the bottom-left corner of the dialog.

Caution: If there are any assignments on the project, they will delete as well.
