We understand that managing all the settings can be overwhelming, but don't worry! We're here to guide you through them every step of the way.

This FAQ article contains answers to common questions about actions related to Personal or Account Settings.

My Settings

Q. Can I change the application to have a dark theme?
A. Yes! Navigate to your Profile: My Settings: Display settings and toggle the Theme to Dark.

Account Profile

Q. Can I change the account ownership?
A. You can, but only if you are the account owner. You can learn more about the process in the Changing Ownership article.
Q. Where can I update my subscription?
A. Over in the Account Profile tab in Account Settings, check out the Updating Your Subscription article for more details.
Q. Can I add a photo to my profile?
A. Absolutely, the Adding a Photo to Your Profile article will help you give your profile some personality.
Q. What other ways can I customize my Schedule page?
A.  You can choose the density spacing between your columns and rows, as well as choose between light and dark display mode. The Personalizing Your Schedule Page Display can show you exactly where to make these changes.

Work Calendars

Q. How can I add additional work calendars?
A. The Adding a Work Calendar article does an amazing job explaining the calendar creation process.
Q. What happens if I update a calendar while people are using Audere?
A. Any users actively using Audere when a calendar is updated receive a pop-up message letting them know an update has been made. The Verifying and Updating Work Calendars article will tell you all about it.

Q. What are teams?
A.

A team is a grouping of People, Projects and Roles that are associated with each other.

Clients

Q. Where can I learn more about creating and managing clients?
A. Right here!
Q. Can I add a photo to a client?
A. Absolutely, see the Adding a Photo to a Client article to learn how.

Security

Q. Do I have to use multi-factor authentication (MFA)?
A. Short answer: no. Long answer: the account owner or administrators can disable MFA; however, it is our recommendation to enable MFA to ensure the security of your account. Check out the Adjusting Your Security Settings article for more details.

Payments

Q. Is everything in US dollars?
A. Yes! When you purchase Audere, the price is shown in US dollars. See Verifying and Updating Payments if you have any more questions.
Q. How does Audere ensure my payment is secure? 
A. Audere uses Stripe to keep all of your financial information safe and secure.
Q. How is tax calculated?
A. Stripe automatically calculates the tax during checkout based on the address (zip code) entered.
