This FAQ article provides answers to common questions about creating resources, including People, Projects, Roles, Clients, and Teams.
People
Q. | Is there a limit to the amount of people I can add? |

Nope! You can create as many people resources as you like. However, each person must be paired with an available Audere license to be placed in an active state. |

Q. | Is there a limit to the number of projects I can add? |
A. | Not at all! Create to your heart's content. |
Q. | Is it easy to update a project? |
A. | Most definitely, you can read more about it in the Updating a Project article. |
Q. | Can I create a project/people/role in all views? |
A. |
Absolutely! Regardless of which Schedule view you have selected, the Add drop-down menu with Create New Project, Create New Person, and Create New Role is always present. |
Q. | Can I add a client to a project after creating it? |
A. | Yes! Client isn't a required field when creating a new project. At any point, you can update a project and add (or change) the client assigned to the project. |
Q. | Can I use the same project name for multiple clients? |
A. | You can create the same project name for different clients (i.e., Project A for Client A, or Project A for Client B). |

A. | You sure can! Check out the Adding a Photo to a Project article to learn how. |
Q. | Is there a way to shift my project schedule? |
A. | For sure, you can move it up or push it back all with the help of the Moving a Project Schedule article. |
Q. | I didn't add a photo to my project, but I see a photo added. Where did it come from? |
A. | If you don't upload a photo for a project, the client photo is automatically used for the project as well. |
Q. | If my project status changes, do I need to update all assignments one-by-one? |
A. | When a project status changes (i.e., status changes from "Confirmed" to "Archived"), the assignments move with it. For example, if you archive a project, the assignments are also archived. If you don't want assignments archived, check out Reallocating an Assignment. |
Q. | Can I order projects? |
A. |
Projects are listed in alphabetical order, either ascending or descending. Hover over a column header and then select the Sort button to toggle the column view. |
